Approved Companies accepts payments with Klarna. Payments will not be processed from your account until the product has been shipped. All amounts are in EUR and includes VAT. Only Approved uses an approved payment service gateway (Reepay) which encrypts all of your card information in a secure way with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information and card details, and card informations will not be stored.
For Klarna Payments
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here:
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available:
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on . Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
Approved Companies ships orders on all weekdays when orders have been made before 10am. Currently, we use the following carriers : UPS (International deliveries) + Local postal services for Tracked Maxi envelopes.
Right of complaint
Two (2) years of right of complaint are given according to the National of Goods Act. Our warranty accounts for defects in materials and/or manufacturing. The warranty does not account for defects or damages caused from wrong handling of the product/service. Likewise, there is no right of complaint if things, such as taste, are not satisfactory to the customer. Approved Companies, will not cover the cost of returns unless we mistakenly sent a wrong item, or without knowledge sent a defective item.

If a Refund has been agreed, please send your banking details so we can transfer the agreed amount. If the order where made by creditcard, we can issue a refund through our payment gateway provider.
Right of cancellation
14 days of complete right of return is given on products bought from our Webshop. The time period is calculated from the day you received the order. Return costs are on your own account. We must be notified of right of cancellation no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the day of cancellation, you must return the package no later than 14 days later. The request must be delivered by e-mail at email@example.com - In this request, you must make clear to us that you want to make use of your right of cancellation.
The condition of the goods upon return
You are only liable for any reduction of the value of the goods due to handling of the products in any other way deemed necessary to determine the nature and quality of the product as well as the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. Sealed products, such as all dietary supplements, with broken seals cannot be cancelled.
If the product has been tested in a way beyond the description above, we consider the product as used which means that upon any cancellation request you will only receive a part or none of the purchasing amount depending on the value of the product.
To get the entire purchasing amount returned you have to do the same as in a physical store. You may try the product but not actually start using it.
